Setting Up Your Roasting Equipment in RoastLog

Adding Your Roaster to RoastLog

Before you can start logging those perfect roast profiles, you'll need to add your roaster to the system. It's quick and easy!

Step 1: Navigate to the Equipment Tab

Head over to the Equipment tab on the RoastLog website. This is the home for all your roasting equipment.

To start logging profiles, make sure to add your roaster

Step 2: Add Your Roaster

Click on the "Add Roaster" button and fill in the details:

  • Roaster name/model

  • Capacity

  • Any additional specifications

Step 3: Save Your Changes

Once you've entered all the information, click "Save" and you're ready to go!

Bonus Feature: Maintenance Tracking

Keep your equipment in top shape with our maintenance tracking system:

  • Check the box for service alerts

  • Set dates for preventative maintenance

  • Receive email notifications when it's time for service

This way, everyone on your team knows when it's time to roll up their sleeves and take care of your most valuable equipment.

Track upcoming preventative maintenance and previous service

With your roaster properly set up in RoastLog, you can now track profiles specific to each machine and ensure consistent quality in every batch!
