Goal: Learn how to transfer coffee inventory between different locations in the RoastLog system.

Prerequisites: You must have coffee inventory added to your RoastLog account.

The Coffee Journey

One of RoastLog's most powerful features is its ability to track coffee as it moves through your supply chain. We've designed the system to mirror how coffee actually flows through your business:

  1. Contracted β†’ 2. Warehouse β†’ 3. Roastery

Each transfer updates your inventory automatically while maintaining complete traceability.

Note, tracking contracted coffees is available in our Scale plan
