2. We highly recommend installing a new ungrouned thermocouple specifically for RoastLog.  As a convenience, we provide TCs, and the hardware necessary to install them, at cost as a convienience for our customers. The main reason we recommend a new TC is that a new TC install will not impact your existing production capabilities.  Unless you're intimately familiar with TCs and your roaster, altering an existing thermocouple installation can be a bit tricky.  We'd hate to hear that you were unable to fulfill orders while your roaster's TCs were being swapped.
 
3. Email us the extra equipment you'll need to purchase: TCs, drill bits, etc.

4. We'll charge the same credit card you used to sign up for the extra equipment and mail out everything vis USPS Priority Mail.

5. By the time you get your hardware, we'll provide you with a user account.
